One-piece canopies
Great views
They are state-of-the-art in the glider section. Over the past 10 years we contributed our share in their success in the ultralight section. We proudly present: great one-piece canopies. They provide views that are not divided by frames. Making these canopies requires a great deal of experience in processing Plexiglas® and processes that time has proven to be right. Canopies leave our production department in top quality.
Quality Checks
Checks are included in every processing phase. First of all we check the raw material for inclusions and irregularities. The last and final control makes sure there is no distortion. We provide clear views. Faithful customers and the certification according to DIN EN 9100:2003 confirm it.
Series and Prototype
Best conditions for the serial production of aircraft canopies. Our customers can rely on delivery dates and quality. Precise post-processing procedures take place on modern NC controlled machines. For the making of prototypes we can apply less complex methods at lower costs.
Good from A-Z
For aircraft transparencies we use high-quality Plexiglas®. Clear and tinted sheets are available. All sheets provide UV protection and maintain both the pilot’s health and the long life of the interior equipment. No more yellowish Plexiglas® through aging: the sheet manufacturer Evonik-Röhm implemented a 30 year warranty.
