Strict criteria for fire protection apply inside the passenger cabin of a commercial aircraft. Carpets, fabrics and even plastics need to be flame retardant in order to get the certification for the aircraft.
For Airbus we process PPSU sheets that comply with these requirements. Most products are manufactured by deep-drawing and finished on NC controlled milling robots. The result are reliable serial products.
