Exclusive limousines require high-quality components. In cooperation with a team from Karosserie Entwicklung Thurner we developed a separator screen that complies with the high requirements of a British limousine brand of royal standard.

The selection of the material, the processing and the quality criteria were all tailored to the customers wishes. Eventually a fully satisfying transparency could be launched for serial production. The screen is optionally installed inside the Rolls-Royce Phantom separating the driver from the passenger in the rear seats. Brilliant quality and perfect properties comply with the expectations of the customers of this market segment.

Outside

Tinted plastic parts are common these days in the automotive industry. They are just as shiny and hardly to distinguish from their brothers made of metal.

We have the know-how to form these shiny plastic sheets and maintain the beautiful surface. Even very big components such as bonnets can be produced by vacuum forming. This process allows for the forming of sheets of up to 2000 x 3000 mm.

However the available machines provide cost efficient possibilities for smaller products just the same. We manufacture your prototype or serie. The next processing step is the milling on modern multi-axis computer controlled robots.
