Deep-drawing and other Heat Forming Processes - Overview

We are specialized in the machine forming of transparent plastics such as acrylic glass (Plexiglas®) and polycarbonate (Makrolon®). Tinted plastics such as ABS and polystyrole are processed on our thermoforming machines just the same. We manufacture efficiently series of engineered parts from CAD data. The forming and the subsequent milling on multi-axes computer controlled robots are optimized. Maximum size of the sheets 2000 x 3000 mm.
For the aviation sector we apply our deep-drawing know-how to manufacture frames and handles for sliding windows. Wing tip and landing light covers are formed in the same way.
