Thermal forming of acrylic glass, polycarbonate and other thermoplastics are our business. We form acrylic glass of up to 250 mm thickness and sheets of up to 3000 x 5000 mm. Optical quality is always the center of our attention. Bad properties, such as distortion, inclusions in the material etc are not acceptable.

A great variety of products can be manufactured using this process. In aviation only, the range includes optically top quality cockpit glazing, side and door windows. Other industries procure protective covers or domelights and advertising displays. We are OEM for both aircraft companies and motor sport events or race cars.

We are also the best partner for your prototypes. Our technical equipment allows for surface and linear heating and contact heating. Threedimensionally formed parts with outstanding optical quality are our daily business. For the bending of long parts a machine is available, which is 3 metres long.
